 The Married Woman...Part One

With an enthusiastic, outgoing, and loving life spirit, a married woman sacrifices her time, her comfort, and her femininity for the comfort of her family. All the women I know are steadfast despite their miserable living conditions. When a woman marries in order to start a family, most of them say that she must sacrifice what is precious and valuable for the happiness and stability of her family. When I ask any woman about the reason for her patience and endurance despite the husband’s obstinacy and neglect of his family, she says for the sake of my children and my family for fear of its disintegration. The woman forgets that when she sacrifices her own happiness for the happiness of others, she is punishing herself and enduring more than she can bear, especially if violence prevails in that relationship. Marital violence, whether physical violence or verbal violence. In my personal opinion, a woman is made of flesh and blood. If she endures such harsh conditions that degrade her dignity and femininity, she punishes herself first and foremost, and gives more than she will receive. I know a woman who endured physical violence from Beatings, insults, ill-treatment, and expulsion from the marital home, and when you ask her how she feels, she says that I bear it for the sake of my family, for the sake of my children. I am with the patient woman, of course, so that her family does not break up, but I am not with her violence, humiliation, and dehumanization. But I wonder if this is the woman who... Be patient with violence, right? For me, on the contrary, she is wrong because, firstly, she is a woman and secondly, she is a wife, and the marital covenant must be respected by both parties. God honored women and gave them all their rights, and they were also honored by man-made laws and received their full rights. So why all this exaggerated patience, especially if there is Violence in marital relations...
