Part Seven...Continuation
Of course, it will inevitably affect work. The role of the clerk is essential and important. She is the main engine of the office’s operation. Do not underestimate her role. Although some describe her as just a writer, I tell them that what she represents as a lawyer’s clerk is greater than what some reduce to the phrase, “You are just a writer.” She is a human being. She is the educated person, the assistant, and the lawyer’s right hand. He relies on her to organize his work, receive his clients, prepare session files, print, include delays, and maintain the office’s secrets. The clerk is even obligated to live up to the responsibility assigned to her from the beginning as a lawyer’s clerk, otherwise she does not deserve to be a clerk. Of course, that is why I always thought about this profession. Why do some people belittle it and diminish its role? In my opinion, a lawyer’s writer deserves all the praise for the efforts she makes, otherwise she would be called just a writer. On the one hand, I was proud of being a writer first because I love writing, and once I finished my work. Unless I get ideas that lead me to write a short story or a poem, that’s why I don’t feel much pain, even if they say about me, “You’re just a writer.” A writer is a heavy weight that few can recognize and understand. Therefore, if the writer is absent from work for even one hour, all things become complicated, especially if She was a writer who spent many years of her life inside that office, and she had a lot of experience. I will never forget the kindness of the lawyer professor to me. He is my teacher first and last, and his virtues to me are many. The first is that he never underestimated my value. He respected me, appreciated me, and considered me like his daughter. He supported me a lot in my university studies. He provided me with the appropriate conditions to pass the exams outside of my vacation days, and I used my annual vacation for a full month without counting the exam days. I do not deny that despite his nervousness, his humanity prevailed. I say it in his presence and in his absence. He has all the appreciation and respect even after expulsion. I will never forget him. He showed me his humanity and his positions. He gave me many explanations during the exam period. He is a lawyer with diverse experience, culture, and distinguished training, which makes him one of the best lawyers. So there was no ambiguity, especially since I do not attend lectures, but rather only study remotely and pass the exams, as soon as I inquired about him. He would explain to me, and due to his genius and excellence, he would make me understand the lessons in an artistic way, as he would content himself with the general idea and make me search and put forth effort in order to obtain distinguished and honorable results. This is what makes me never resent him and always find excuses for him, and I put before me that this is one of the negatives of the profession of problems. We had great respect. He was like a father, and he always brought to mind the words of God, “And do not forget the favor between you.” And I will never forget his favor upon me. I did not wish for this painful ending between us. It was the final blow that broke my back and ended my many ambitions because I was surprised...
